Shipping Policy

All orders that reach the applicable minimum amount shown on our home page will be eligible for free shipping.

As part of our benefits for our customers, you will receive free shipping on any product order that shows an amount of $1200 Mexican pesos. Whether individual products or product bundles AS LONG AS THE SPECIFIED AMOUNT IS SHOWN on our product detail page or in the shopping cart section, the benefit will be eligible.

Canceling products last minute, combining different order numbers, and changing your shipping address, method, or shipping preference may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your order may include items that are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Note: Products shipped from Mexico to other regions are not eligible for free shipping
  • You canceled one of the eligible products within your order and the total amount was less than the applicable minimum amount.

Shipping way:

- Your order will be sent through DHL Express, one of the most renowned parcel services in the country. In addition to that it will be prepared and packed in the most careful way possible.

Delivery time:

- Keep in mind that delivery times may vary, depending on the product or service chosen and the relationship of origin/destination location, from 2 to 3 days for nearby countries and up to 20 days for distant countries.

Delays:

- Delays in delivery may be due to weather events, problems with the customs process or strikes. If your shipment does not arrive after ten days from the stipulated delivery date, contact our specialized customer service team directly, they will provide you with the necessary attention regarding the delay of your package and the solution to said situation.

Delivery address:

- You will not be able to modify your shipping address once the land guide is generated, make sure to correctly enter each and every one of the data requested by the portal so that your package can arrive in a timely manner at the desired address. If you wish, you can mark the option to redirect the delivery to a collection point (Established by the parcel company) or appoint a delivery person (Neighbor, friend, etc).

Billing:

- If you require an invoice for the total of your purchase, go to the contact section, once there provide all your tax information including CFDI and a specialized team will be in charge of generating it. Remember that you only have a maximum of 30 days after your purchase to generate the invoice due to regulations from the authorities. Once the term expires, it will no longer be possible to generate it.
